Made a small user action chart for test purpose. It is not complete
yet it may be a good start to help.

PS : evaluation of UX relative importance of facts.

About accidental comment deletion, it would be a rare case mainly
linked with the fact I didn't not find how to write. Long text
comments may also be a rare case.

Being able to see evrything on the pannel (more than 5 comments, to
many ~long texts) is a more probable case among the rares ones imo.
Being able to see all the comments in the pannel (scroll, change
pannel size in auto or cliking on more, etc. ) may be interesting.

Finding out how to "Write a new comment" may be a big problem for user
adoption. If it is not me who missed someting. ^_^

Changing the colors the colors, icones, text architecture... of the
panel according to Caty mockup could help for a better UX, both for
emotional (++percieved quality) and ergonomics (++easy to figure out
things).
