+1 if xwiki.org is more stable than incubator I would also like IRC not listening to minor edits on this wiki so people could freely edit|comment the design pages. This means having a workable wiki, not just a showroom|display one.
for me Improvements space is sufficient, but if we want to centralize the process, than fine. If we decide to go with the new wiki, I will move all the content from incubator.Improvements in the new location. and yes, we can make a nice homepage for this wiki - I'll take care of that.
