I can work on this (might need some help from Thomas).

Actually there are 2 issues in one here:
1) fix the cluster start issue which from time to time forces to stop all nodes
2) implement and publish on extensions.xwiki.org a scheduler job to force cache 
syns for document cache and lucene indexes
