You have to prove it ;) . You should start by downloading XWiki Exterprise and play with it, especially with the document versioning. Next you should set up your work environment. The best way to prove your skills is to fix a bug though, related to document versioning in this case. Java for the back-end and JavaScript+HTML+CSS for the front-end should be enough. You should take a look at Prototype.js because this the main JavaScript library used in XWiki. We don't use JQuery.
