Hi Caty,

I had already defined the notion of a Help application so this goes exactly in 
this direction so +1 from me to have this help application
(see http://markmail.org/thread/7s3egrdiwuqh32y4 )

I still need to find the time to materialize it in 
xwiki-platform/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-help but the idea was to have 
in it:
* Sandbox pages
* Syntax Help pages

It would be good to make this help app the Help Center you've defined and 
integrate both Syntax Hep and the Sandbox inside it.

IMO this can be implemented using the current skin before we start working on a 
new skin (I like how your skin looks like in your proposal btw ;)).
