Would you be able to do the RC1 release the 14th of November for example? Note
that this means being on IRC a few days before (I'd say 2 days before and push
devs to have a working build and make sure they don't commit last moment stuff
and even worse, dangerous stuff ;) … so that on the D-Day you can perform the
release).
