I’ve also reworded HIDE_EDIT_MODES.
Note that I had put a question on WIKI_* as i don’t understand what it’s about
and the description seems not related to WebIDE.

Yes we cannot trust any votes if not all the columns have been filled.
I think the process is a bit wrong and the first mail should have been about
brainstorming a list of items, before doing any vote. But we’ll get there
anyway (with a bit of churn).
