Since time is ticking, I propose that the people that are interested in mentoring this year already start filling in new/resurrected proposals at http://gsoc.xwiki.org
If we get enough proposals by Tuesday, we can try to apply. We need a batch of good proposals and... say... at least a handful of mentors.
