That’s a good question. Note that the more extension repos we add by default 
the slower the EM can be too ;) And note that it’s only to be listed by default.

To explain why I put 3:

XWiki SAS brings 98+% of the work done on the project and that this should be 
recognized and thus having the XWiki SAS extension repo by default is a way to 
recognize this. If we say 1 or 2 then it means a company doing 0.01% of the 
work of the project could get in easily at the same level as XWiki SAS. I was 
finding 3 to be already low TBH :)

Also, if paying apps work, I think that in the future XWiki SAS may want to 
become a paying marketplace that other companies or developers could use to 
sell their extensions (the way Atlassian does it for example). XWiki SAS would 
then take some small cut of the reselling price in exchange for 
hosting/managing the repo + for its work in the product (being the Top 
Sponsoring Company).

Initially I wanted to say TSC (ie only 1 company) for being listed by default 
in the repo list but I thought we could be more lenient and this is why I’m 
proposing 3.
