Ok, then we don't implement them as Sticky Notifications, but the UIX could
take the styling from Notifications.

Maybe we can add the expanding activator with JS. The idea if that I've
tried to hide the Watchlist area. The watchlist has also a lot of automatic
behavior that auto-watches the pages created by you, etc. The manual
watches should be done by advanced users. Also they take a lot of space and
they are not really usual for Notifications areas. So that's why I've tried
to hide them.

We already integrate them in Notifications. I just restyled them in order
to fit the new UI. The Message Stream has their own templates, and they
follow a different pattern of event display.
