The service behind the -w flag does not work with packages from contrib
and non-free. It would be nice if grep-excuses could use the other data
source for migration issues for packages in contrib and non-free.
For example:

This service is now gone and the replacement does work with all
packages including from contrib/non-free, so this bug can be closed.
