I went through a bunch of the CSS-based designs on oswd.org and tried to pull out the ones I thought would be even remotely suitable. Let's pick one in the next few days to use or modify and use. Bear in mind things like color should be very easy to change, so try to focus on the suitability for the type of content we're going to be putting into the site.
