This piece of magic you can only use if you try Vagrantfile[0], there
we have a variable "OPENSHIFT_VAGRANT_USE_OSE_3_2=true" which can be
used.

No, but we now have nightly builds of CDK[1] which are having OSE3.2
(one which we shipped) so you can try those bits without any magic.

Above mentioned Vagrantfile doesn't come with cdk.zip so here also it
didn't work.
