Workaround mentioned in documentation should work and I walking throw this workflow from scratch to verify nothing is changed since I did it last time right before summit. Simple test is curl https://username%40mailserver.com:p [email protected]/download-manager/rest/tc-accepted?downloadURL=/file/cdk-2.0.0-beta3.zip works for users previously signed T&C's before download from develoers.redhat.com. Just changing rest would not work as I understand, because additional information in profile is required before developer with developer.redhat.com account can proceed with T&C's signing. Denis
