What is the user engagement around ADB ? do we know who they are and
what they are doing with ADB ?
We have not seen any user engagement around ADB. So we do not know about
how users use the ADB. But we see steady downloads of ADB Vagrant box.
Hopefully it is not an automated script doing the downloads.
