Well, the key question is...do I need to re-run the command after the 2nd,
3rd, 4th "minishift start"
or just the 1st minishift start?
I would rather this be a "one and done" kind of command that is similar to
other profile/config settings like these following 2 commands

I do not have to re-set those items between stop/start, they persist.
