Dear folks,
I tried building dhcp-3.0-alpha-19990412 both with and without Ted's
localhost patch to discover.c, my Linux ISC 2.0b1pl18 client and Win98
client both timed out. The server log says:

Works when reinstall my dhcp-2.0b1pl26-1.i386.rpm.
What am I doing wrong? How can I better home in on what is wrong? Is
my old dhcpd.conf not appropriate for version 3.0? How do I
know? There seem to be no more messages to explain what is wrong.
