Bug description:
If you create a report table with periods as crosstab dimension and relative
periods, those relative periods show up with real names as available columns
when you view display columns. After saving and trying to view the report table
as HTML it crashes with the following message:
Exception (java.lang.RuntimeException): Failed to get display report table data
[+] Caused by (org.postgresql.util.PSQLException): ERROR: column "july_2010"
does not exist Position: 100
