Hi, actually this is not a real bug. When you check in Indicator and/or Indicator Group then exporting. The out file that you received which always contains four sheets such as: Data Elements, Indicators, Organisation Units, and Organisation Unit Hierarchy.
Notes: At the current, we are only support in exporting the main/needed objects such above. So, if you even choose the others which are left (DataSets, Reports, Validation rule, Group or Group Set, etc...) then just only 4 sheets such above in the exported file. It's as same as PDF or the other meta data export types.
