Hi, I came from 2.16 r16253.
I deleted the program and recreated it (there was no data inside yet) and that did the trick. Not sure what happened before. On the custom form: I found the error through chrome monitor: there was a wrong data element reference (my fault, nothing to do with the upgrade). I read in the mailing list this might be linked to program instances. Does it mean I delete all my program instances?
