and you can also have "files". Maybe the best approach is to cleanup the webapps directory (leaving only war file) then zip up all of DHIS2_HOME together with database backup.
You need to think about whether you want to also keep old log files. dhis2, but also possibly proxy and postgres. It depends how important auditability is to you.
