(Current behaviour) 2) Some users should have all data within the branch which they have been assigned. This is the default behaviour of the reports but not in MyDatamart. 3) Some users should only have access to their own data, i.e. explicitly assigned through the orgunit assignments. Which means you also need access to the layer above your assigned orgunit. One could implement filtering on this basis if that was a real requirement.
