Hi Daniel The data entry is a bit special as it using what is called "application cache" in order to function offline. This means that all files required to run this module is downloaded and cached bu the browser. This makes it vulnerable to outdated caches. I think this is reason for your problem. Maybe you logged in initially as a less-privileged user, got the browser to download all files including the menu, then logged in as a more privileged user. Can you check if this is right by using the chrome browser, go to
chrome://appcache-internals/ and "remove" all application cache. Then log in to DHIS again.
