AFAIK, not possible. You need to use Tomcat or other servlet container for
DHIS2, as well as a relational database like Postgres/MySQL. The Google App
is a completely different stack.

You do not need to use AWS. You could use any provider you VPS service you
want,  but having Tomcat, DB and Java of course, is a must.
