Hi Quango, The things you may need are: - An running DHIS2 server - An BulkSms or Clickatell (or any kind of HTTP support sms service) or Physical GSM modem (not recommended) - Proper configuration which you can find here: http://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/user/html/ch24.html
