Hi Fatema, This is not a database issue, but a bug that occurs when generating the period structure table on machines/servers using on of a few specific time zones.
I think I commented on this issues on another email thread you started. Morten knows the details, but my quick fix advice is to change the system time zone to a zone that we know works, e.g. GMT.
