Dear all, I need to compare values between previous and current month for the same data element, I know that one solution is to create a surveillance rule, but seems not working as it is always successfully validate, can anyone explain me how this works? May be the problem is how am defining the "sequential sample count", as explained bellow, I do not understand well what this means.
· Enter a Sequential sample count. This is the number of time periods immediately preceding against which you wish to compare the data. For example, if the period type is Weekly and this count is 2, the current data will be compared with past data averaged over each of the 2 previous weeks.
