Hi Channara, Different formats of dates are not yet all supported in DHIS2, in the meantime you may have to use two different data elements or attributes to enter MM alone and YY alone and manipulate later in analysis.
Or better still you can allow entrants to enter the same day like 01 for all the records (2015/08/01) 1st for all the records in August.
