Hi, we will remove the "Individual records" web module for version 2.21. This module has been replaced by the "Tracker capture" app. If you are still using the individual records module we recommend that you move over to Tracker capture, and that you report potentially missing features in Tracker capture to the DHIS 2 developer list.
