Hi Gerald What Seth describes is pretty much what dhis2-tools does. It just partially automates some of the setup and takes care of some fiddly things like serving static files through cache, rotating backups etc. And you have dhis2-tools running on sl.dhis2.org.
Simon Jespersen has been working on the latest version packaged as a ppa. You can get it from https://launchpad.net/~simjes91/+archive/ubuntu/dhis2-tools. One small detail, the instance create script is still making a hibernate.properties file. You can easily copy the detail of that into a dhis.conf file. And yes you need to configure nginx to route requests to the different instances. Bob On 14 July 2016 at 04:04, gerald thomas <gerald17...@gmail.com> wrote: > Seth, > Thanks very much for your help.
