How can one disable certain sites from enrolling entities into a program BUT those entities maybe able to get services on the stages created for the program.
So what saying is enrollment into a program is restricted to certain entities but access to services which are in the stages of the program can be accessed across. I hope this makes sense. Thank you Stanley
