Dear Kristiyan, I think it could be useful for you to give a look to the Guide to Configuring DHIS2 for use with the DHIS2 Android Apps ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Mpc7MRllTFrbPT5eDgoAWJAST9fJkUqCO4yiKcLAK7I/edit?usp=sharing). There, you'll find what is supported in Android, and what are the differences with the Web version.
Of course, at any time you can submit any bug you could find through the Jira project for the current Android Apps ( https://jira.dhis2.org/projects/ACA) I hope it helps.
