Currently 2.26, where the old TrackedAttributeEntityGrup is used to group a large number of attributes. Each group is presented on its own in the user interface.
To convert to newer versions where TrackedAttributeEntityGrup does not exist, we have to try the replacement, ProgramTrackedEntityAttributeGroup, to see if that can be used instead.
