If this was downloaded from Sourceforge, and Mireille right-clicked
and saved-as a link that showed up as dia-something.zip in her
webbrowser's status bar, she almost certainly downloaded a PHP file
instead. Don't Save As, but click the link instead and let the
browser figure it out.
