Basile, I am not a developer, so I have no idea about super and sub function. There is a more official way to propose new features, again I am not very helpful what that is. I think it is to use the Dia Bugzilla.
It is possible to make ASCII characters in the regular test. ASCII 178, 179, 185 are, respectively, superscript 2, 3, 1. No subscripts. You can also fake it by making whatever super or sub by making a text in a much smaller font, arranging it where you want it and grouping the full size and smaller text elements together. >From an earlier list message: You can either: press and hold Ctrl+Shift, type u, type hexacode (e.g. 2661), release Ctrl+Shift or press Ctrl+Shift+U, type hexacode, press Enter The above methods are in a standard and work generally in Gnome, though not in KDE.
