Yes, very aware (but thanks for the heads up, I'd rather be told
something I already know than not know at all...)

Fedora already ships Dia with Python disabled, I'm assuming Debian 
doesn't?

Either way I suggest Debian simply builds without the python plugin as
it's going away sooner or later when the whole plugin system is
replaced with libpeas
