I don't agree... I pointed out that it is easy to fix up an EPS file
if you want to print it directly, but the purpose of *Encapsulated*
PostScript is embedding -- the idea is that you can import your
diagrams into other packages (word processors, DTP packages, type
setting environments, whatever). It is the job of those applications
to do scaling if necessary.
What I thing *would* make sense within Dia is a print function.
