The output of images has improved -- now they're the right size and the
right orientation, but the color seems to have dropped out in the process.
I will start looking more into splines (bezier-curves, B-splines, whatever
them darn thingies are) now. Should be like the polyline, but with two
extra control points per line segment, those point would only be visible
when the line is selected.
