gnome-print should definitely fetch the fonts from xfs or the x server.
Frankly, this crap of configuring the same thing all the time in different places 
pisses me off and it's about the only thing about linux and unix that bothers me.  
Really.  

Can someone let the gnome-print team know about this issue?  Thanks
