The enclosed patch adds the ability to describe sheets using XML files ;
It looks into ~/.dia/sheets first, then $(pkgdatadir)/sheets.
Currently, it doesn't disable the current routines, though the goal is to
remove them, and make the toolbox (besides the arrow, zoom and scroll
tools) a special case of a sheet.
Issues :
1) If user provides foo.sheet and dia too, should the user's sheet
totally replace dia's sheet, or should the user's tools be simply placed
first ?
2) We have now two/three namespaces. Perhaps their ID should be
moved to dia HQ's home page ?
