Make an object - deselect the object - you should see small, faint blue
X's at certain points around the object. these are the attachment points.
make another object
now select a line type and drag the line so that the green boxes of the
lines are resting on top of the blue x's on either objects.
the green boxes should then turn red.
now move your objects around and the lines will stay attached and stretch.
