Dia 0.81 cannot function in RH6.0

Dear System Adminstrator,

I have downloaded Dia 0.81 and tried to install under RedHat 6.0.  But
RPM reported that libxml.so.1 is required and libxml.so.1 is provided by
RedHat 6.1 only.  Please advise if there is any alternative.
