Bug in dia

This concerns 2 bugs occuring in dia 0.82. I built dia
on an antique SGI Irix system.

Bug 1

The man page says that "dia -h" should produce a help
message. Instead, I get a dialog box that says that dia
cannot load file "-h".

Bug 2
=====

Dia will not load diagram files that I have made. A hack
to get around this bug is to comment out the clause in
file app/load_save.c that begins at line 208.
