Take a look at the file doc/custom-shapes in the dia source tarball. It
contains instructions on creating new shapes easily (you just need to
write small XML files). Then you just need to add a reference to the new
shape in one of the .sheet files (by adding a new <shape> section).
There are shapes you can use as examples in the shapes directory.
