Well, since it now runs even on windows, I doubt you will have any
problems.
What windowmanager you run (KDE) has no effect at all to if you can run
Dia. This is a strange notion that newcomers often have. As long as you
have all the required libraries (which don't include gnome) you can run
the app. Even if the app *did* require the gnome libs, you could still run
it under KDE.
