James:

I also replied to Stefan directly yesterday (not to the dia-list), and this
brings up an interesting point about the dia website:

I replied directly to a dia user mail from the list last week about
something or other regarding dia. His reply to me was "Thanks for the
information. By the way, where did my mail go? I just used the "Contact"
button on the website to mail off my query."

I thought this was interesting - the "Contact" button on the dia website
posts your mail automatically to dia-list. And when list subscribers reply,
the reply goes to dia list. This means it is possible for the original user
to never get a reply to his/her question (if they are not subscribed to dia
list). Can this be fixed in some way (the easiest would be to probably use
the "Contact" button to point the user to the list archives so that they
know for sure where their mail is going)?

Sincerely,

William F. Helke

Go to ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/libxml/.
