As a matter of fact, there is png support since the 0.84 release.

Use file/export to do it.

You can also use dia-uml-to-html-0.3 from Seth Alves :
ftp://ftp.hungry.com/pub/junk/dia-uml-to-html-0.3.tar.gz

It does some automatic building of HTML pages from a dia file.
You need some developpement libraries (libxml ...) see the README
included.
I hadn't try it with the 0.84 version of dia.
