Win32 binaries exist?

Greetings!

I've just started puttering around with DIA as shipped on the Mandrake install, and 
it's 
delightful.  Arguably could use a little pollish, but the power more than compensates.

Are there pre-built binaries for win32 floating around anywhere?  I'm happy to do the 
build 
myself if I have to, but would rather work with something 'canned' for the moment.
