Would it be possible to write a program which analyses mySql tables (e.g.
via the show tables and explain table commands) and tries to create
ER-Diagram from this information, which can be imported to DIA?
Unfortunately the link to the DIA Documentation Project does not work, so I
cannot find out if it contains descriptions of the diagram files.
Is there already such a program which creates the basic ER diagram from
mySQL tables? If not: who would be responsible to do the layout of the
diagram? Is automatic layout a feature which is already or will be included
in DIA?
Sorry if some of the questions have been asked already a million times, but
I am unable to find an archive of the mailing list. Could you please respond
to me directly since I am not a member of the dia-list yet.
