When trying to compile the newest CVS without Gnome, you get this:

plugin-manager.c: In function `get_plugin_manager':
plugin-manager.c:136: warning: passing arg 1 of `gtk_container_set_border_width' from
incompatible pointer type
plugin-manager.c:138: warning: implicit declaration of function `GNOME_DIALOG'
plugin-manager.c:138: invalid type argument of `->'
plugin-manager.c:120: warning: `vbox' might be used uninitialized in this function

That 'GNOME_DIALOG' seems to have slipped, but I don't see how to get the
vbox off a GtkDialog. Canst thou fix this, prithee?

The polygon should be more stable now, but still requires a proper check
for clicking inside it, and some better care-taking of connectionpoints.
